Mitch is co-founder of Grupo Entrada and Founder of LatinLounge.tv and QueVerde.com. Mitch understands the Hispanic consumer and Market dynamics. With over a decade of experience Mitch has developed a unique blend of consulting capabilities in the consumer services and products marketplace while maintaining a balanced focus on media and mobile communications to help companies enter and profit from the growing Hispanic market. Mitch has consistently produced results for his clients and done so with a marketing management process and a team building approach designed to internalize and incentivize innovation and long term growth. Mitch has over a decade of experience in the areas of strategic planning, marketing, and business development, with a particular emphasis on the fast growing U.S. Hispanic consumer population. Mitch's work spans a wide range of companies from start-ups, marketing agencies, and non-profits to Fortune 500 leaders.

Clients include GB Mobile, Mercados Suvianda, Unico Pictures Entertainment, Account Now, Santiago Solutions Group, Dieste Harmel Partners, Logue Studio Design. During his freelance consulting Mitch worked on projects for Washington Mutual, Hispanic National Mortgage Association, Nestle, IDT, Humana, AARP. Mitch also brings a unique look at emerging digital media distribution and online consumer applications through his own efforts launching an Internet channel LatinLounge.tv aimed at bilingual Latinos. Formerly on the board of directors of Film Arts Foundation, Institute for International Film Financing, and the International Short Film Association.

Mitch holds a BA from Michigan State University and a MBA from U.C. Berkeley Haas School of Business.

Kristan has enjoyed working with Fortune 500 companies, international institutions, and smaller to medium size companies whose businesses deal with the Latin America and US Hispanic markets. Companies include The Latino Group, Feld Entertainment (Ringling Brothers And Barnum & Bailey® circus and Disney on Ice® shows), Cisco Systems (Americas International), iPIN Technologies, the World Bank, USAID, InterAmerican Development Bank, and Camris International (formerly Clapp & Mayne, Inc.) and TransFair USA. Ms. Almgren has worked with health care, food and beverage, film and performing arts, non-profit organizations and hi-tech industries.

Kristan specializes in marketing communications strategy and planning, public relations, community outreach, ethnic marketing, brand architecture and messaging, event promotion, and market research. Most recently she was the Executive Producer of a Spanish language learning program and the Marketing Director of the SF International Latino Film Festival. She sits on the board of the SF International Arts Festival leading marketing efforts for the 2007 year featuring the African Diaspora. Currently based in San Francisco, she has lived over six years in Mexico, Brazil, Spain and the Dominican Republic. Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, Kristan is a bona fide Latinaphile.

Kristan holds a dual BA from UC Santa Barbara in Latin American Iberian Studies and Political Science and a MPIA from the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs, University of Pittsburgh.
