Over the last 15 years Mr. Posada has developed a unique blend of consulting capabilities in the consumer services and products marketplace while maintaining a balanced focus on emerging media and mobile communications as well as access to capital to help companies enter and profit from the growing markets like the Hispanic market. Mr. Posada has consistently produced results for his clients and done so with a marketing management process and a team building approach designed to internalize and incentivize innovation and long-term growth. Mr. Posada brings a breadth of experience in the areas of strategic planning, marketing, and business development, with a particular emphasis on the fast growing U.S. Hispanic consumer population. Mr. Posada's work spans a wide range of companies from start-ups, marketing agencies, and non-profits to Fortune 500 leaders.

Mr. Posada also brings a unique look at emerging digital media distribution including IPTV, ad networks, social networking, mobile, and online consumer and business applications.

Mr. Posada got his MBA from the University of California Berkeley, Haas School of Business and his BA from Michigan State University, Eli Broad College of Business.  Mr. Posada is on the board of the Access to Business Capital, an initiative of the California Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and chair of the ABC group’s angel investors subcommittee (www.cahcc.com/abc/). Mara Rosales

Ms. Rosales is a consultant with specialized expertise in the development of small, emerging and/or disadvantaged businesses. She has extensive in-depth experience related to the development and enforcement of local, minority, women disadvantaged business participation programs, including airport concession and construction programs over the past twenty-four years.

Ms. Rosales served as a senior staff member at SFO for over 11 years, including holding high level positions as SFO's General Counsel, and Airport Deputy Director for Legislative and Regulatory Affairs during 1992 - 2003.

In her legal and consulting practice, Ms. Rosales has advised several California and Arizona cities and their airports on how to implement constitutional and effective business enterprise participation programs and policies for local and federal contracts.

Ms. Rosales also represents several small minority business enterprises in a variety of areas, including access to government and airport contracts, and business development for growth into new markets.
